    - Estimated Shipping Time:3-7 business days from the payment.

  • Please take into consideration that the products of your order may be unavailable or delayed in manufacturing according to the product’s type. In addition, one day delivery is not available. 
    - Shipment: We will send your purchase after your payment for the order is confirmed. If you want to exchange or return the products, you must contact our staff member.

    2) Cananda : $39.50 on orders under$250
                        $29.50 on orders over $251 





 We accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. When making a return to us by mail and we receive your unused/unopened item within 30 days of the purchase date, you will be eligible to receive a full refund.; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at warehouse.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. Once the item is received at warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We do not accept packages that are categorized as collect shipment as all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product. 

- When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we received your return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
- Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 In order to expedite and improve the return and/or exchange, please email our customer service email with your full name, order number, and the product you wish to return so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Upon receiving the RMA# you may ship your return.

When making returns, we recommend using a trackable or traceable shipping method so that we can confirm transit and receipt of the returned item. 


Damaged / Defective/ Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item in your order please contact customer service (contact@dr-g.com) and we will help you replace the item.
Once damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.



Please allow 1-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.



Customs and Import Duty


If you're ordering from Canada, your order will be subject to customs and import duties. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be.
